The official launch of Altona Village will be held on site in Altona Boulevard on Saturday 17 October from 09:00 to 16:00.
The launch will take the shape of a family day and will offer a variety of entertainment.
Altona Village is a luxury housing development on 144 ha of land, by a consortium of shareholders with years of experience in development. The shareholders are Breede Valley Trust Developers, Tyger Waterfront and Power Development Projects. The three have joined forces to launch Phase 1 of the R2 billion development. Phase 1 comprises 41 luxury two- to four-bedroomed homes, which will sell for about R1,5 million.
At the launch, there will be waterslides, children’s rides, jumping castles, magicians, an obstacle course and yummy boerewors rolls. Worcester residents and all interested people are invited to attend the event.
