The Western Cape Department of Cultural Affairs and Sport is calling on all drama groups in the Cape Winelands to apply for participation in its drama festival.
The Breede Valley showcase will take place on 25 August. The finale is on 15 and 16 February 2019.
Applicants must be between 12 and 35 years of age, and the drama group may consist of no more than eight members. This includes the scriptwriter and director.
The applications are open only to artists living in the Cape Winelands.
Each group must submit a 25-minute script with its application. Old productions will also be accepted.
Groups can acquire application forms at local schools, the community hall or library.
